1. Tenorio Adventure Company reserves the right to cancel or change any tour due to weather conditions, water level and/or present conditions according to the company's internal regulations. 

2. Also, for reasons beyond our control (weather, river level, etc.) we can change the tour for a similar one, without refund. Our tour leader has the final say in deciding whether a tour can be executed or not for safety reasons. 

3. In case of cancellation, we refund 100% of Tenorio Adventure Company  tours, cancellations in less than 24 hours NO REFUNDS.

4. We reserve the right to cancel any client in unfit conditions to take a tour for their safety and the safety of all Tenorio Adventure Company Staff. 

5. Clients must not be under the influence of alcoholic beverages or drugs. If you need to take any medication or have any medical condition (such as epilepsy, heart problems, problems, etc.) please notify the guide.

6. Costa Rica has a variety of wildlife, being full of insects, snakes, crocodiles and other animals, etc., as well as landslides, floods and other natural aspects. Therefore, we are not responsible for stings, bites or other contact with nature or force majeure.

7. Adventure tours have inherent risks and require physical effort. You must be in good physical condition and not have heart problems, injury or visible problems, such as an injured shoulder, be pregnant or have had recent operations.

8. Tenorio Adventure Company has a liability insurance policy and procedures to follow in case of accidents, however we recommend that our clients have their own medical insurance to travel.

9. Recommended ages for tours operated by Tenorio Adventure Company: 

     Rafting class III - IV: 8 to 65 years old.

     Safari Float: 1 to 85 years old.

10. When outside the recommended ages or there is an adult with children in charge, we request that they sign a special permission slip.

11. Most tours require a minimum of. 4 pax except rafting with and without transportation or safari without transportation.

12. Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour time, in many cases there is no waiting time. Please call us if you are more than 10 minutes late for pick up.

13. Maximum rafting weight is 225 pounds. Minimum rafting height: 4 feet.

14. Clients must wear secure footwear and bring a change of clothes.
